Deze opdracht maken de leerlingen in groepen van 3-4. Het eindresultaat is een werkje waarin zij hun beroepswereld voorstellen, met daarin bijzondere aandacht voor het klimaat waarin zij werken. Niet de technische kant van het beroep, maar de 'menselijke' kant. Welke verantwoordelijkheid dragen zij in het geheel, op welke vaardigheden worden zij aangesproken.
Niet iedereen van het groepje oefent dezelfde functie uit of werkt in hetzelfde bedrijf. Vandaar dat sommige vragen meerdere en verschillende antwoorden krijgen. Aan de opdracht wordt hoofdzakelijk in de lestijden gewerkt. De leerkracht heeft dan ook de kans om de opdracht te verduidelijken, scherper te stellen, en vooral ervoor te zorgen dat de antwoorden heel concreet zijn. Doorgaans zorgt dit voor een intense uitwisseling van ideeën en ervaringen.
De evaluatie loopt van de klasactiviteit, over een eerste ontwerp, tot het "eindproduct".
Tot slot moet hier nog vermeld worden dat deze opdracht gegeven wordt aan leerlingen die als (maritiem) bediende stage lopen in expeditiekantoren, rederijen, storagebedrijven, scheepsagentuur, ferrydiensten, ...
